Shipping alcohol
We do ship alcohol, but we got a special feature for it.
The Netherlands has strong regulations when it comes to shipping alcoholic products. We are checking the ID card of everybody under 25 and force clients that ship anything alcohol related to turn on our alcohol delivery checkbox. This can be done through your customer success manager right here.
We do incidental checkups on both our partners and riders to validate if they follow our guidelines related to age verification products that require a ID check.
