We are fully operational 7 days per week from 10:00 in the morning till 22:00 in the evening. This means that when your parcels can be in transit we make sure that we reply to our riders as fast as possible. We are extremely proud of the speed and accuracy we reach out and solve problems.

When you have a big operational process and need to be able to connect and talk to our customer support on a daily base we can setup a customised store support page with dedicated support during opening hours.
